Bartending jobs asking for resume?
I am a part time bartender with some experience. I see some ads on craigslist asking for you to send in your resume. Now, I have a regular full-time office job (program manager) and my resume is based on that job industry and applicable experience. Should I concoct a new resume based on my bartending experience (limited) and just send that out, or edit my professional resume to include my bartending experience? Thanks.
A resume is meant to include ALL of your experience, whether it applies to the field or not. The fact that you have a full-time job and are applying for more will speak for itself.
Try to do a very detailed description of your bartending experience. Good luck.
